Exchange Policy

- Eligibility for Exchange:

- Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product for exchange. - Exchange Outcome:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a coupon code for the value of the returned item. The coupon code will be sent within 5 business days and can be used for future purchases at your convenience. - We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, or international orders.
We will only replace damaged or missing items with the same design.
Please make sure when you receive the packet make a video for claim the damage or missing product.

Refund Policy
In the case of a refund, we do not have cash refund , we will issue a coupon code or gift card equivalent to the value of the returned item.

Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their orders as long as the product hasn't yet shipped / out for delivery. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
If the order is successfully cancelled, a refund will be issued, though shipping fees will be deducted. Any tax-related charges resulting from the cancellation will be the customer's responsibility.
